Description: Sales/Outside Sales. Will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and increasing sales nation-wide. The candidate should have industrial air filtration experience along with high degree of mechanical aptitude. Duties include but are not limited to • Developing and executing a sales plan in a national territory to meet/exceed sales goals • Maintaining and growing the existing customer base • Conducting cold calls to contractors, engineering firms, end users, OEMs, and new dealers • Maintain communication with existing dealers and expand dealer network • Regular travel to trade shows and follow up with leads Qualifications • Self-starter with outgoing, positive personality • 3-5 years successful sales experience in an outside sales role • Industrial and/or manufacturing knowledge preferred and/or work experience in dust collection or air filtration industry • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Proven Sales Experience with Ability to Quantify Reported Results • Proficient in MS Office and CRM Database Successful Candidate must • Practice integrity and professionalism in all aspects of the business • Demonstrate verbal communication skills • Exhibit a positive attitude, effective problem solving abilities, and dedication to providing optimal customer service • Practice effective time management and organizational skills Compensation Base salary plus commission, company vehicle, comprehensive medical benefits, paid vacation, and retirement plan.
